Not happy with the item you received? We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

1. HOW DO I PROCESS WITH AN EXCHANGE?

To start an exchange, you can contact us at zestmarketing57@gmail.com. One of our agents will be happy to assist you with instructions on how to process.

2. ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. HOW DO WE PROCESS AN EXCHANGE?

Step 1 – Make sure the item is in the same condition that you received it, if it is a clothing item, the item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Step 2 – Prepare the package back to its original condition and seal it. 

Step 3 – Write the following details on the package clearly and concisely. 

  • Sender’s Details – This should be your details. 
  • Receiver’s Details – Zest Marketing,29/64, Dharmashoka Mawatha, Kandy,  +94777770431

Step 4 – Hand it over to your nearest courier company and pay the return fee. 

Step 5 – We will call you to inform you once we receive your package.

Step 6 – We will courier the package to you with free shipping.

4. DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
